The Role

We’re looking for AI Software Engineers who enjoy building production-grade AI systems — not prototypes. You’ll design and implement the core components that power our AI Agents: reasoning modules, workflow orchestration, data extraction, integration logic, and the infrastructure that keeps everything running reliably at scale.

You’ll work with real-world procurement data, complex enterprise environments, and high-stakes operational workflows, building systems that must perform accurately and consistently.

In this role, you will:

• Build and refine LLM-based agent workflows and reasoning strategies
• Develop tools for data extraction, classification, enrichment, and process automation
• Design robust workflows and orchestration logic for multi-step agent tasks
• Improve reliability, performance, and accuracy of agent interactions
• Work with structured and unstructured data at scale
