At askLio, you’ll work closely with the founders, ship fast, and help shape both the product and the culture as we scale.

The Role

We’re looking for Delivery Managers who want to help leading enterprises adopt autonomous procurement at scale. As a Delivery Manager at askLio, you are responsible for the implementation, onboarding, and ongoing success of our enterprise customers.

You’ll map existing procurement workflows, translate them into AI-driven processes, and ensure every customer realizes measurable value quickly. You’ll be in the room with DAX companies and global brands, guiding them through operational change and helping them build trust in a completely new way of working.

In this role, you will:

• Lead customer onboarding from kickoff to go-live
• Translate processes into AI Agent configurations and operational playbooks
• Partner closely with Product & Engineering to improve workflows and features
• Track value realization and ensure long-term customer adoption
• Proactively identify risks, remove roadblocks, and keep projects on track
