The Role

We’re looking for Forward Deployed Engineers who thrive in environments where technology meets real operational complexity.

As an FDE, you are responsible for the technical success of enterprise deployments. You will design and implement integration architectures, debug production issues, optimize performance, and ensure that our platform works reliably across diverse IT landscapes.

As an FDE, you work hands-on with DAX companies and global enterprises to deploy, customize, and optimize our AI Agent infrastructure.

In this role, you will:

• Build and optimize data flows, API interactions, and system interfaces
• Debug complex issues across infrastructure, configurations, and external systems
• Ensure secure, scalable, and reliable deployments in enterprise environments
• Translate customer requirements into system-level designs
