At askLio, you’ll work closely with the founders, ship fast, and help shape both the product and the culture as we scale.

The Role

We’re looking for a Founders Associate – Delivery who wants to work across all parts of our onboarding and implementation lifecycle — from process mapping to project coordination to internal tooling.

You’ll work directly with enterprise customers (including DAX companies), support Delivery Managers and Engineers, and help build the foundation for how askLio delivers AI Agents at scale.

In this role, you will:

• Assist in onboarding enterprise customers from kickoff to go-live
• Prepare and support customer workshops, trainings, and reviews
• Translate customer insights into clear requirements for product and engineering
• Identify bottlenecks across projects and propose concrete improvements
