The Role

We’re looking for a Founders Associate – Engineering who enjoys working close to the product and is excited to contribute to both technical and strategic initiatives.

You’ll support engineering planning, help scope features, run internal technical projects, assist with investigations and debugging, and generally do whatever moves engineering and product forward.

Think of it as a technical generalist role that touches architecture, data, product thinking, coordination, and hands-on problem solving.

In this role, you will:

• Assist with feature scoping, requirement gathering, and translating customer needs into clear technical tasks
• Support debugging or analysis when bottlenecks or issues arise
• Ensure alignment across engineering, product, delivery, and founders
