The Role

We’re looking for Implementation Engineers who enjoy solving practical technical problems and translating real-world workflows into reliable systems.

In this role, you bridge the gap between customer processes and our AI Agent infrastructure.

You’ll work with DAX companies and global enterprises, configuring integrations, mapping data flows, and ensuring our platform fits seamlessly into existing procurement and IT landscapes.

In this role, you will:

• Implement and configure AI Agent workflows based on customer processes
• Build and maintain integrations with ERP, P2P, and procurement systems
• Map data structures, clean inputs, and ensure reliable end-to-end flows
• Debug technical issues and collaborate with engineering to resolve them
